What happens after the website is finished? The fun isn't over yet!

Usually after we complete a website, we’ll launch it live on the internet on the day that we specified in our project proposal. We’re just human (contrary to popular belief), so there may be some bugs that have escaped notice. To make sure that isn’t a big deal, we’re on call for 30 days after your website is live to fix errors, do maintenance, and perform general cleanup duties on your site.

Then What?

Then, the rest can be up to you. Depending on the type of site we worked on for you, most come with a Content Management System installed so that you can now go in and keep the site up to date to your heart’s content. We usually schedule an hour or two of training with you so that you know what you’re doing. But then the wheel is in your hands!

After the 30 days, we’re available to do maintenance on your site. We charge $99 an hour for stuff like content additions, image uploads, new pages, bug fixes, and things like that. If you’re wanting to add new functionality to your site, we’ll probably write up a quote for you with details on pricing.

When you send us changes, we’ll send you a quick email with a date that those changes will be finished. We don’t like to do same-day changes, so you can expect a couple business days before your site is updated.
