What's the best way to provide feedback and communicate ideas? We want to listen to you.

When you start a project with us, we’ll send out a document (like a proposal) outlining everything that the project is going to cover. This will be your proof of purchase in case of any discrepancies, or those kind of things.

Project Updates

As well, we’ll give you a user name and password to our project management site, so you can keep tabs on updates, progress, files, and other cool stuff like that. It’s also the best place to contact us, as you’re guaranteed a near-immediate response during business hours. We recommend communicating with us this way!

Email and Phone

If you want to email us, it may take a bit to get back to you (think one business day). As well, we typically answer the phone during business hours (9am to 5pm EST, weekdays), otherwise, leave us a message anytime and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.

During the Project

While the project is in process, we try to be as open and communicative to you as we can. If a deadline is missed, or we’re missing some information from you, we’ll be sure to let you know why ASAP and explain why. On the other hand, it’s your responsibility as the client to make sure that you’re providing us with the materials and answers we need in a timely fashion.
